As a Human Resources Manager within an insurance company you are preoccupied with the fast integration of the new employees and their regular testing.

The number of employees on the insurances market in Romania has increased by 10% during this last year (October 2005 - October 2006), up to 13.500 people, according to the data provided by the National Statistics Institute (INS).
