Regarding the number of persons employed with a labor agreement, on December 31st 2006 with the company’s records there were 17,282 people, 2,872 more than in 2005.

This increase was due both to the authorization of new insurance companies and to the development of the activity carried out by the existing companies.

The Insurance Brokers have reported a number of 1,362 people employed with a labor agreement, 222 people more than in 2005.

Regarding the cooperating agents, the insurers have reported an overall number of 28,180 (670 people less than in 2005), and the brokers have reported a number of 3,700 people (2,628 more than in 2005).

In the current context of the private retirement funds, a spectacular dynamics of the number of employees is expected.

From this perspective, one of the preoccupations of the insurance companies is the fast integration of the new employees at the work place and the fast training of the products agents.
For the organizations with high personnel dynamics the periodic and consistent testing thereof is very important.
